Data Registration (Oral and Poster)
After thoughtful deliberation on the situation of COVID-19 pandemic, we changed our original plan and decided to hold our meeting online only without on-site.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could proceed with the preparations as follows, and thank you for your cooperation.
Oral Presentation(Invited, Plenary, Concurrent)
Data Registration (Oral)
We will send the presenters your number and URL to log in to the data registration site before registration starts.
- Presenters are required to register for participation before you register your oral presentation data. Please check Registration Page.
Presentation data registration period:
November 4, 2020 (Wed.) 17:00 to November 19, 2020 (Thu.) noon
(Japan standard time)
- Please note that we do not accept registrations or corrections after the above registration period.
- It is expected that access will be concentrated near the deadline, so please register as soon as possible.
- If we do not receive your oral presentation and digital poster data by deadline, your abstract will be automatically withdrawn.
How to prepare your presentation data
Please prepare your presentation data by PowerPoint file with narration or MP4 movie file.
Regarding submission procedures, please check the following manual.
Instruction
- When you prepare your lecture data, please keep the allotted presentation time strictly.
- Plenary sessions:
- 12 minutes for presentation and discussion
Discussions will be held live for each session number at the following times. Please schedule the following time. We will ask you to log in Zoom. (Japan standard time)
Plenary Q&A session I Friday, December 11 at 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Plenary Q&A session II Saturday, December 12 at 7:20pm - 8:20pm - Concurrent oral sessions:
- 9 minutes for presentation and no discussion
- Invited Speakers:
- As announced individually
- All speakers must disclose any COI (Conflict of Interest) on your slide of the presentation.
Please check how to disclose conflicts of interest from here. - Please include Session name, abstract number, lecture title, name and affiliation. Before the title slide, please prepare a photo slide and introduce yourself at the beginning. If your photo is difficult, please introduce yourself orally.
- Please prepare your presentation data in 2GB or less.
- Please prepare your presentation data by PowerPoint file with narration or MP4 movie file.
- Secretariat office will delete your presentation data responsibly after the meeting.

Digital Poster
Date Registration (Digital Poster)
Please register your poster data in advance. All of the registered poster data will be freely viewable only for 45JSID participants available only during meeting.
Questions from participants will be sent directly to the email address of the presenter who registered in advance. Please answer as much as possible.
How to register your Digital Poster
We will send the presenters your number and URL to log in to the Digital Poster registration site before registration starts.

- Please prepare your presentation data within 20 slides (including title and COI slide) and 100MB or less.

If you make your presentation data by Keynote, please check your data (character skew etc.) after changing to MS PowerPoint. - *3. We could accept PDF data for 1 page poster. Please prepare your poster data size more than A2 size.

- Our screen aspect ratio is 4:3.
- Please use standard fonts on the OS.
- Even if you use animation, movie, sound, these contents do not play.
- Please refrain from writing in note area of your slide.
- Secretariat office will delete your digital poster data responsibly after the meeting.
